ORDINANCE NO. 2286 __
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL.VF THE CITY OF PALO-ALTO
APPROVING AND ADOPTING A PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF AMARILLO PARK, PROJECT ~O. 62"-4
WHEREAS, Secti~n .5 of Article VIII of the Charter of the
City of Palo Alto requires that b~fore any substantial building,
construct'ion, reconstruction or development is connnenced or

used or intended to be used for park purposes; and
WHEREAS, t:he Council prO~()Ses to proceed with development
of Amarillo Park pursuant to a plan prepared therefor.,
NOW, TIIEREFORE, the Council'of the City of Palo Alto does
· ORDAIN as follows:

SECTION 1. That· the plan attached hereto,--identified as:.'
· Proi;>osed Master Plan, Amarillo Park, Suggested .,First & Second
Stage Development Program, Pr·oj ect 6~!'-4, be and the same hereby
·is approved arid adopted.
