ORDINANCE NO. 2285
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND {ARASTRADERO ROAD PARK SITE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of
Article !It of the Palo Alto Charter, the City Counc_il did on
August 9, 1965 adopt ·a budget for the fiscal year 1965-1966;
and

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make an additional
appropriation of receipts in excess of the total appropriations
made by said budget.

ORDAIN as follows:
That the following sum is.hereby appropriated in the
Capital Improvement -Fu1~d for the purpose and use indicated:
Acquisition of lands and improvements for
Aras~~adero Road Park Site $275,000
That this ordinance, being an ordinance required to be
