J BEING THOSE PARCELS OF THE LEE PROPERTY ACQUIRED AS ADDITIONS TO FOOTIHLLS PARK The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN a.s follows: SECTION l. · Thf(t Sect ion 9. 1 be added· to-Ordinance No~ 2252 (Park Dedication Ordinance) to read as follows: "SECTION 9.1 LEE PROPERTY -ADDITION TO FOOTHILLS PARK That certain parcel of land known as the Lee Property (~dciiL~bn ru ~oothills ?arKJ as delin~~Led anci <le~cribe<l in EXHIBlT A-9~1 attached hereto, is hereby reserved for park, playground, recreation or-conservation purposes." SECTION 2.
