ORDINANCE OF THE. COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF PALO ALTO
MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CAPITAL
IMl>ROVEMENT FUND (FIRE PUMPER)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of

Article III of the Palo Alto Charter, the City Council did ori
August 9, 1965 adopt a budg~t for the fiscal year 1965-1966, and
.•q WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make an additional
approprlati9n in excess of the total a~propriations made by·
said budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council .. of the City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
That the-following suffi :Ls hereby approprtated in the
Capital Improvement Fund for the purpose am:~ use indicated:
Purchase of 12_50 GPM Fire Pumper
That this ordinance, being an ordinance required to be
passed for the purpose of complying with the r·:iarter, shall
become effective \tpon adoption and passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: February 21, 1966.
