ORDINANCE NO. 22 7 8
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND (MITCHELL PARK ADDITION)
WHEREAS,_ pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of
Article III of the Palo Alto Charter, the City Council did on
August 9, 1965 adopt a budget for the fiscal ·year-1965-1966, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make an additional
appropriation of receipts in excess of the total approprlations
made by said budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as fol lowa :
That the following swn is _hereby appropria~ed in the
Capital l~provement Fund for the purpose and use indicated:

Acquisition· i)f lands and improvements for
addition to Mitchell Park $170,000
That this ordinance, being an ordinance required to be
passed for the.purpose of complying with the Charter, shall
become effective upon adoption .and passage.:
