CB..A.~GING GETBACK LINE
The Coun·cil of tbe City of Palo Al to .CO ORDAIN
as follows:
'l'ha t upoi:l recommendation of the G1 ty Planning
Com.mission the following change in setback line is
hereby ordered: ·
That the setback line on the lfor:;hwesterly
side of Churchill Avenue from the Northeasterly line
of Waverley Street for a distance of two hundred fifty
(250) fee.t Northeast.erly be changed from sixty ... fi ve
(65) feet to twenty-four (24) feet.
The City Clerk is directed to post a copy of
this ordinance up1:m thti bulletin boa.rd at the City
Hall upon passage, and the change of setback line shall
be indicated upon the s_etback line map.
The above and foregoing ora.:;.nance was duly and
regularly introduced at a regular :meeting of the Council
of the C.i ty of Palo Al to· held on Monday, the 11th day ··.
