of the Council of the City of Palo Alto shall be held
on the second Monday of every month at the hour o.f
7:30 p.re. in the City Hall.
The abov·e and foregoing ordinance was duly and
regularly introduced at au adjourned rn~eting of the
Council of the City of Palo Alto held on Friday, the
