FURNACES, GAS VENTS AND/OR GAS FLUES; PR01VfDING FOR BOARD OF EXAMINERS AND APJf>EALS; DEFINING CERTAIN TERMS; ESTABLISHING MXNIMUU REQUIREMENTS FOR 'I'l:IE SALEJ. Every person who offer~ Gas App!i;mces or C<!ntral Warm-Air Heating Appliance:: for reta.il or who sells Gas Ar1pli­ anc~:'.' .. -:1r Central 'Warm-Air furnaces at retail, and evc:ry person who in~talb and/or repairs Gas Applianc•:s, Central Warm-Air Heatini;: Appli· ance~. Gas Vents :.ind/or Gas Flues in the City of Palo Alto shall regi~ter hi~ name and address with th•: Department of Building and shall re<:eive .i proper licem1e authorizing him so to do. He shall notify the Department of Buil<ling of any change ,,f address. Sec. 202. Examination. It sh;i.11 be unlawful for any person, except an Owner, a:; provided for in sub-s~tion E o! Sectioo 210, to ini;tal!, alter and/or rep~1ir any Gas Appli:ai1ce and/or Central Warm-Afr Heating Appli· ·ance. Gas Vent and/or Gas Flue until he has first Clbtained a license from the Board 0£ Public Works of the City of Palo Alto.
