CHAPTER II-GENER.AL PROVISIONS !.ICENSE, BOND, EXAMINATION Sec. ZOl. It ~hall he unlawful for any person to ~arry on business, or labol" as a Master Plumi>cr, in the City of Palo Alto until he ihaH hav1~ obtained a license frmn th<" Board of Public Works oi the City oi Palo Aho au:bor­ iz.ing him to cnry on such business or labor. Sec. 20:::. A license to ea.rrv on bt:siness, or labor as a ~!a~ter Plumber shall be issued only after a iatisfactory examination by said Boord oi the .appli.;-.a,nt upon hi:< qualifications to conduct such busincs~ or so labo;r. Sec. 203. Every applicant for a license to do business ot labor a.s a 1faster Plumber must file an application in writing with the Board <:>t Works giving his n;i.me, add!'ess, age and place <if business, togethi:r -.dth· an i>pplie<\tion fee of five ($5.00) doll:l.rs. Sec. 20-I.
