FIXING TAX RATE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO ORDAIN as
followt: ·
I'ha t the tax rate of the City of Palo Al t'o for the
·fiscal year· commencing July l, 1933 and E!nding J"une 30t
1934, is hereby fixed at $1.20 to be levi.ed upon each
on:ehund'.red dollars of assessed property in the City of
Pa.lo Alto, in accordance with the equalized assessments
for said fiscal year.
:The City Clerk is directed to post this ordinance
on .the bulletin board at the city hall upon passage.

introduced aud passed, as an emergency ordinance, at a
