It shall be. the duty of .such Board to refuse permits where the issuance of the same and the conduct of the busix1e~rn thereunder would enda.--iger the public health; and the Board through its officers may impose such conditioz:1.s upon the granting of such-permits as .will best protect the public health, within the limits prescribed by law.. A.Yl inspection fee shall be. charged to any ;person, firm o:-corpo:-a­ tion maintaining any b-usiness coming within the classifications as enumerated in Section 641, at the rates set forth und.er the following ~our classifica­ tions: (1). A.."l inspection fee of One Dollar ($1.00) per month shall be charged any pers~n, r+rm or c:orporat:ion maintaining a place where groceries and/or v'3getables are sold. . (2).. .ill inspection fee of One Dcllar($1.0C) per month shall be charg€d any persQn, firm or corpo:::-a­ t1on roa.intai:ning a place where fresh !!:eat, fish and/or pou.ltry are sold~ f3). Said fees shall be payable quarterly in advance. The City Clerk is hereby directed tc post a copy of this ordinance upon the bulletin board at the City Hall upon passage .. The above a..l')d foregoing ordinance wa.s duly and regularly introduced at a.n adjourned meeting of the Council ot the City of Palo. Alto on Wednesday, the 2e.th. day of Jun~, 1933, and was thereafter on the 10th da.y ·or July, 1933, passed as an emergency ordinance by the following vote: AYES: NOES: Bonham,.
