. Sectioo l~ That Section 95 of Codified Ordinance
N_o. 3, Ci:s amended by Ordinance No .. 475, sh::t.11 be amended
to read as follows:

five members appointed at large by the M~-tyor, with
the consent of the Council, to hold office for the
term of three years, except that the co!!llll1ssioner::
'appointed h~reunder shall hold office as .follows:
Two COD'.ll'.!lissioners for the term of one year;
Two commissioners for the term of two years;
,One commissioner for the tero of th~ee yer-'lr!::.
Thereafter, upon the expiration of said terms,
re spec ti v-ely, the comm1ss1oner-s shall be appointed
tor the t·;;rro of three years., as stated~ The
commission _is hereb,r al..ltho:rized. to set up an org.::t.n1-
:zat1on V!ithin itself, s;.;.()ject to the ~ppro·.r;:tl of
the Council. I'he members of the commission .sh1:111
receive no salaries. The co~missioners shall have

herein enumerated, to-wit:
