That Section 607a· be added to Codified Ordinance

. . §ection 6Q7a.~ .. ~nspectio:a Fee..sh . All iDs.pection
fee-for·the insp~ctio:n of milk by the Health Depart
ment sha;t.J..be charged at the rate of one-quarter of a
cen:tper gallon for all milk retailed in the City of
· Pal;o Alto.. This fee will be payable monthly in
advance and shall.be determined uponthe basis of the
·number o£ gallons retailed in said city during the
month p~evibus. All 1n.spect1on fees collected shall
eonst:i~tute a milk inspection fund and shall be collectt~d
on the fi.rst day of each month and expended solely in
the maintenance of the milk inspection service of said
Heal'th Department ..
The City Clerk is hereby direl.!ted to post a cop~r
. of this ordinance upon the bulletin board at the City
Hall upon· passage.
