by law, setting the tit11e of hearing o'f said matter
-before this Council., alld no objections having been
made to such change:
. NOW, THEREFQRE, IT. IS HEREBY ORDERED that
. thee setback line on thEi northeasterly side ot High
Street in Blo.ck "en be changed as follows, to-wit:
COMMENCING at the po1n.t of intersection
of the northeasterly line of High Street
with the southes~aterly line of Lincoln
Avenue, the p:-es:ent setback line: of 24
feet for-a distsnce of 50. feet I"'J.Dning
southeasterly along the northeasterly
line of' High St?·eet from the -point or
intersection sha.ll be changed to 18 reet
from the propertr line for said distance.
The City Clerk is directed to post this
ordinance on the bulletin boa:-d at the e 1 ty hall
and it shall g9 into effect immediately.

at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of
