The Council of the City of ?a.lo Alto
do ordain as follows:
In front of oil stations located in
the City of Palo Alto, a space of twe.nty-five
feet on each street sha.11 be reserved for the
use of the business of the oil stations, to be
properly mar.ieed by the .2oli.ce Department Of the
City, in which SF8Ce or ep:aces no pi:rking shall
be permitted. ?a:rlc:ing shall be permitted in
front of oil stations, save a.ml except the
twenty-five feet reserved for the use o:f the
business; snd it shall be unlawful for any
person to interfere 1lith the right of the use
o-f the street for said 'f)9.r.t:ing purposes, end
said interference shall constitute a misdel':'.leanor,
punishable by the penalty imposed. :t'or the
violation of ordinances· by Codified Ordinance
