The Council of the City of Palo Al~~o do
ordain as follows:
Section 1. S'.ection 11:5, Article XI,
?art III, Codified Ordinances No. 2 of the City
of Pa.lo Alto is :nereby Emmded to read as follows:
Section 113. LICE~ES: In addition to
the.fee for the permit ·now proitided by this
article, all persons; firms or corporations operat
ing a motor bus as defined in this article, shall
pay a lie ense fee to the City of .~a.lo Al to, as
follows:
(a) If sue h mot or tu sses a.re ope rated
from regularly esta.bl ished places of business with in
th·e City of Palo Al to, having someone in charge
thereof' at ell times during lusiness hours, a·
license fee of te:i dollars ($10.00) per quarter,
in advance, shall be i:aid :fbr each bus so operated.
