RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the City Council approve: (c) Ad Hoc Purpose Statements and Committee Workplans. BACKGROUND On March 9, 2026, the City Council considered this item, took action to approve revised Council values and 2026 City Council Group 1 objectives and voted to continue the item to a date uncertain for discussion and action on ad hoc purpose statements and committee workplans. At the March 9, 2026 meeting, City Council heard the staff presentation and public comments.
