.The Council of the c:;;ty of ?slo Al to
do ordain as follows:
Section 1. It shall be \mlawful to
sell or offer for sale, goods, wares or
·merchandise from vehi'cles, motor .truc1:s or
motor V9hicles upon any of the public streets
of the City of .Palo .Al to: .Pro·v-ided, huwever,
that the provisions herein sh:a.11 not include
the sale of fresh food products of farm and
garden:.
(Sec •. 2. Any persorj v iclat il'lg tl:'i...e
provisions of this ordinance :3hall be deemed
guilty of a r.:isdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof, shall be punishable by a fine in a
swn not to exo eed '~500. 00, or bJ impri sorment
not to exceed 180 do,y.s, or by both such fine
s.nd impri so nm en t.
The City Clerk is dirE~cted to post
this ordinance upon the bulletin board at the
city ho.11 of the City of .2alo ilto.
The above and foregoing ordinance
was introduced on the 8th day of December,
1924, and thereafter duly .passed by the City
Council of the City of .?a.~ .. o Al to on the 24th
day of ~lebruary, 1925, by the following vote:
