WHEREAS, a. petition having b~~en
received by the City Planning Commission on
'11.a.y 15, 1924, to rezone portions of Blocks
37, 38, 42 and 43, and said. Commission
having held a hearing on the petition on
· Jti.ne ·s, 1924, as provided in Ordinance No.
234, and said Commission having recommended
a change of zone in a. portion of ea.id
blocks; now~ therefore,
The Council of the City of Palo ·Alto
do ordain as follows:
Section 1-. Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 234, adopting a "Use of Property Zone Mapn,
is hereby amended to include in the Third
Residential District all of the southe&.'.st one
half of Block 37, all of the northwest one
half of Block 38_, all of the southwest one
qua.rter of Block 42 and that portion of Block
43 extending 300 feet a.long University Airenu·e,
northeast from Webster Street and 200 feet
al:ong Webster Street northwest from University
Avenue, provided that the setback lines and
area spaces in the area included in said chaJ1ge
