CITY OF PAtO ALTO FOR TEE FISCAL YEA.R 1924-1925
Tho Council of the City of Palo Alto de
ordain as follows:
Sec. 1. The city rate of taxes for the
City of .Palo Alto for the fiscal year 1924-1925
is;hereby fixed, and the sace shall be levied upon
all real and personal property in said city and the
number of cents for .each fund is he:reby desip.nated

Alto is hereby direc.ted to post thiu ordinance on
the ba.lletir.: boa.rd near the Oha.I:lber door of this
Council, and the same shall go into effect immediately.
This ordir..ance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance. which ecer~ency arises from
the fact tha.t U1e tax levy shall be fixed annually ,
in September, 8l1d all rules are suep1ended and said ·
ordinance is' passed as covering a case of emergency ·
• by the unanimous consent of all Coun.c ilmen present
at a meeting heJ,d on the 11th day of August, 1924.
