AMEBDING ORDINANCE NO. 234
The Council of the City of Palo Alto
do ordain as .follows~
Seotion l. Section XII of Ordina.noe
No. 234, adopting a "Map .Eetabliahin~ Setbaok
Linea for the City of Palo Alto", is hereby
amended as follows:
The setback line on Tae~o street
between Hawthorne and Ruthven Avenues in Pl.oak
34 ia hereby :rixed at 16 feet, and the setback
lines o~ Hawthorne and Huthven Avenues between
1'asso and Cowper Streets in ]look 34 is hereby ·
fixed at 18 feet.
11le setback line on trebater Street in
Bloak 38 is hereby fixed st 20 feet.
The setback. lizies on both sides of'
Hamilton Avenue easterly from Es.le Street to
the city limits is hereby fixed at 30 feet,
and the setback line on both sides of the court
extending into the c. B. Neel subdivision ~rom
Hamilton Avenue is hereby fixed at 20 fe$t.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to
post this ordinance on the bulletin boa.rd in
the· City Hall and the ea.me shall be in e:f'f"eot
