The Council of the City of Palo Alto
do ordain as :follows:
Section 1. That each councilman of
the City of Palo Alto. each membe:z-of the Board
of Public Works, Board of Public Safety, and
the Library Board of said city, all of'f'icers
appointed by the ca ty Cou..."lc:1. l, al 1 o:f.f'icers of
the Police .Department and the executive officers
. of the several boards of the city shall t~ke and
file with the City Clerk the oonstitutiona·l oath
of office before enterir.g upon the duties thereof.
