MOTION: Councilmember Lythcott-Haims moved, seconded by Councilmember Reckdahl to go
into Closed Session.

Mayor Veenker announced that Council in closed session voted unanimously to
authorize the City Attorney to become a signatory for the city to future amicus briefs in the
