SECTION 3. The diagrams entitled ~~struggle Mountain•• attached hereto as Exhibit ,;B" constitute the development plans and are in corpora ted herein by refer~nce. Said development plan is approved pursuant to Section 18.68.120 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code subject to the following conditions: (a) Use. The use of this site shall be for residential purposes wiTh accessory uses as shown on Exhibit "B." (b) Improvements. All improvements and development shall be sub­ stantially in accordance wj.th the approved development plans, with all applicable '.!Odes and N~dinances; and with the l'equire­ ments of the Director c.f .Public Works/Engineering·, the Director of Utilities and the Chief oi the Palo Alto Fire Department.
