Section 18.04.030 (32)~ definiti.on of "daylight pla.ne~tr is hereby-aiU(:mde(Cto read as follows: "(32) Dayl2J.b!~l2:.pe: An inclined pl,;ne. beginning at gra~te 01' at a stated neight above grade at a sioe or rear property hne and extending into the site at a stated upward angle to the horizontal, which may limit the height or horizontal extent of 5tructures at a.ny specific point on the sHe wheJ:e the daylight pJ.ane is more restrictive tha.n the height limit or the minimum yard applic.able at such point on the site." However, no structure except television and radio antennae and chimneys and flues shall extend above or beyond a daylight plane having a height of 3.0 meters (10 feet) at each side or rear site line and an angle of 45 degrees." ~ECTrON 3. SECTION S. SECTION 9. Subsection 18:37.070(b) (2) and 18.4.3.070(b) (2) (as existing prior to bei.ng renumbered to subsections (b) (l) by Section (6) and (7) of this ordinance) are hereby amended to read as follows: "(2) The TI'.aximuro height within 45. Subsection 18.83.110(e) of the Palo Alto Municipal Code is hereby" am.ended by adding thereto the illustrati onr; attac.hed hereto as Exhi bi t "A" and incorporated herein by this reference. In addition subsection le.83.110(e) is further amended by amending the illustrations contained therein entitled "drive­ way dil1lensions, Ilct.e'l'S and feet for nonresidential uses" and "driveway dimensions, meters an.d feet for residential uses" to rea.d as indicated in those tables hereto as Exhibits 118" and nClt and incorpr.')rated herein by this reference. SECTION 20. Section 18.90.120 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code is hereby amendeaby amenaing subsection (c) thereof to ree.d as follC'ws: liCe) The maximum number of pel'1llits for on-sale general (1iquor~ beer and wine) and for on-5ah beer and wine licenses which may be issu~d in a.ny single block where any portion of the block is cbssified in one OT more distric.ts in which an eating and drin'l<ing establishment is a permitted or a conditional use shall be governed by the following ta.ble~ and no applications for a conditional use permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages under an on-sale license from the State of California shall be accepted unless the standar'ds in this section are met." Said modifications are technical in nature relating to t.he printing of the newly adopted zoning ordinance and various amendments adopted. since its effective data. Staff is hereby authorized, in the printing of the ordinance, to carry out these modifications and to make such similar modifications with raspect to the numbering and ordering of var i ous sections of the ol'dinance as may be deemed appl'opr'iate. Such modifications shaH be. deemed ministerial in nature and not amendments to title 18.
