ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
A!1ENDING SECTION 2 2. 0 4. 3 20 OF THE: PALO ALTO MUNI,
CIPAL CODE RELATING TO CLOSING HOURS FOR PARKS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 22.04.320 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code
is hereb~, amended t.o read as follm·..rs .~

person shall enter o~ remain in any park or building between
·twelve o'clock midnight and sunri.se, other than a City empJoyee
in the performance of his or her duty or persons participating
in City-sponsored activities. This section does not a~ply to
Foothills Park.11
SECTION 2. The council finds th~t the adoption of this ordinance

SECTION 3" This ordinance shall become effective upon the
