OHDIN t\NCE OF THE COUNCIL O.F THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1978-79
TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE GRANT-ASH MINI
PARK PROJECT NO. 77-~0
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Art:lc.le III
of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 14, 1978,

stnJc\. the mini-·park on the Grant-Ash site;
~·;O\\", THEREFOHF, the Counci 1 of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN
;.!~ fo 1 lows:
~F:;-~TION 1_. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10 1 000) :ls appropri-
lJ..ted to Project 77··35, ".Min.i Park System (Gr;wt-Ash)," and the un-·
appropriated balance of the Capital Improvement Fund is correspondingly
decreased.
SECTION 2. An environmenLal assessment has been conducted and the
Council finds that the changes set forth in this ordinance have no
significant environmental impact.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately as
provided in Section 12 of Artjcle III of the Charter of the City of
Palo Alto and Section 2.04.375 of the Palo AJ.to Municipal Code.
