ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
JI.11!::~DING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEA;:~ 1978-1979
TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR FLOOD PROTECTION CONSTRUCTION
AT THE PALO ALTO REFUSE DISPOSAL AREA
1-iHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Ar·ticl~ J:J:I
of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 14, 1978,
did adopt n budget for fiscal year 1.978-1979; and
WHEREAS, the City o~ Palo Alto desires to construct n floo~ pro
tection levee at the Refuse Disposal Area.
