ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ANENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YBAR 1978-79
TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR PERFORMING NECESSARY REPAIRS
AND .7\DDITIONS TO 'rHE RINCONJ\DA 8\HHf.liNG CO~!PLEX
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 14,
1978, did adopt a budget for fiscal year 1978-79; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo l\lto desires to rc-pai.r the Rinconada
Swimming Pools, thEo~ pool decking and coping, ::o provide a ne\·.' holding
tank and pump and upgrade the chlorination syster.L
