The Council of the City of Pal~ Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION .1. Section 18.08.040 of the· Palo Alto·Municipal Code,
the "Zon1ng Map", is hereby amended by adjustment·of·PF (Public
F'acilities District Regulations) and CC (Cofl"!:muntty Commercial
Distr.i ct Regu.lat.ions) cU strict bounda.ries on properties abutting
the Southern Pacific right-of-way between California Avenue and
Oregon Expressway as more particularly designated, described and
shown on a map attached tH:~t·eto as Exh:Lbi t 11 1" 9-nd in.corporatcd
herein by reference.
SECTION 2. 'J'h(;-~ council of the City of Palo Alto finds that
the enactrnent of this ordinance >vill have no significant environ
mental impact and I'J.i 11 bs cons is tent hl.i. th the Palo Al t.o Comprehensive
Plan.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
commencement. of the thirt.y~first day after its adnption.
