AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1979-80 TO
TRA.NSFEH THE APPROPRIATIOX FOR BICYCLE PARKING
FACILITIES, PROJECT NO. 78-52, FROM 'tHE STREET
IMPROVEME!\>1 FUND TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUi'.TD
WHEREAS, pursuant to the prm•isions oJ Section 12 of Artic1e III
of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 18, 1979,
did adopt a budget for fiscal year 1979-80; and
WHERE.AS, the City of Pa 1 o ;\ 1 t.;_1 dt>.si res to carry out the provisions
of the previously approved Capital Improvement Program Project No. 78-52,
"Bicycle Parking Fac'llitie::;"; and
