ORDINANCE NO. 3100
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ANENDING THE BUCGET FOL THE FISCAL YEAH 1978-79 TO
PROVIDE FU!!DS FOR RESURFACING 'EWELVE 1fENNIS COURTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article III of
the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 14, 1978, did
adopt a budget for fiscal· year 1978-79: and
HHEREAS 1 the Recreation Department desires to rei;.;urface twelve
tennls courts, as had been authorized in the current Capitat Improvement
