ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF P.~O ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 12, OtL 060 OF THE PALO ALTO
MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND MAXIMUH DRIVEWAY WIDTHS
The Council of the City of Palo .Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12.0 8. 060 (9) (B} Ls hereby arn.ended
to read as-fo'llowS:
"12.08.060.
(B) No fuore than fifty percent of the frontage
upon any street of the .lot. or lots or parcel of

SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that the environ

No. 3048 is sufficient with respect to this ordinance and no
further. envir-onmental impact assessment is necess~1.:ry.
SECTION 3. 'l'his ordinance sha.ll become effec+.:.ive upon
