ORDINANCE NO. 3099
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF TBE CITY O.F PALO AIRO
APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS l<'OR AN ADDITION TO A
STRUCTURE AT EL CAMINO PARK
WHERFAS, Article VIII of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto
and Section 22.08.005 of the Palo Alto Municipal .Code require that
before any substantial building, constrtlction, reconstruction or
development is commenced or approved upon or with respect to any
land held by the City for park purposes, the Council shall first
cause to be prepared and by ordinance approve and adopt a plan
the.r.efor; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did by Ordinance No. 2252, adopted
September 13, 1965, place El Camino Park on the list of lands used
or intended to be used for park purposes; and
~'lHEREAS, the Council desi.r:es to allow construci:ion of a project
which will provide additional. classrooms to an existing building
pursuant to a plan prepared therefor;

ORDAIN as follows:

b~ and the same hereby is approved and adopted; p:r.-ovided., that fino.l
lighting and landscape details shall be subject to review by the
Architectural Review Board.
SECT!ON 2. The Council hereby finds that this proiect will
ha'~l€ no Slgnifi.(:ant adverse environmental impact. .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
commencem\ent of the thirty-first day after the day of its passage.
