ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
JIJ.1ENDING SECTION 18.08. 040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE TO PREZONE CERTAIN PARCELS IN THE VICINITY OF
L,AURA LANE 1 EAST BAYSHORE RO.li.D AND ARJ'l.STRADERO ROAD
GM, PF, AND OS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows;
SECTION.l. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code, the 11 Zoning Map", hereby is amended establishing PF (Public
Facilities District Regulations), GM (General Manufacturing District
Regulations), and OS (Open Space District Regulations) zoning
to become effective upon annexation those certain properties
more particularly desi,gnated, described and shown on Exhibit
"1 11 atta.Ch(~d hereto, subject to the cor.dition tha·t:
Section 16.04.180 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code shall be amended
upon annexation by applying Fire Zone 2 to the seven parcels in
the vicinity of Laura Lane and East Bayshore Road (Assessor's
Parcel Numbe:-~.·cs 14, 3S, 43, 44, 9, 22, a.nd 42) and by applying
Fire Zone 3 to the parcel on Arastradero Road (Assessor's Parcel
Number 182·-35-32) and t:he Official Fire Zone Map of the City of
Palo Alto, California, shall be amended accordingly upon annexationq
SEC'I'ION 2. The Council he.reby finds that this amend.Inent
will have-11c)significant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
commonccc~rrientof the thirty-first day after the day-of its passage~
