Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal. Code,-the 11 Zoning Map", is hereby amended by changing the zoning of certain property known as 335 Bryant Street from RN-4 (Medhtm Density Multiple Family Resic~ence District ReglJlat.ions) to cc (P) (Community Ce>.rnmercial District Regulat.ions -Ped.estrian Shopping Combining District Regulations). Said property is shoHn on a map attached hereto as Exhibit '"'1 11 and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto finds that the enactment-of this ordinance will. hav~: no significant environ­ mental impact and will be consistent w~~h the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon the commencement of the thirty-first day after its adoption.
