oppose the proposed rate increase and to ensure a ~uot and equit
able rate structure for power sold by the Central Valley Project

WHEREAS, pur~uant to the .provi~j,.ons o.f. Section 12 of Arti.cle
III cf the Charter of the City-of P!Xlc A1 to~ the .Council on June

NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the Ci-ty of Palo Alto does
