ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAL,O ALTO
AMEMDINo~ THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 19'77-1978. TO
PROVIDE FUNDS FOR IMPROV&""lENTS AT THE MUNICIPAL
SERVICE CEN'l'ER (WOMEN'S LOCKER ROOM}
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 p.f Arti.ele III
of the Charter of ~~e City of Palo Alto, the Council of the City of
Palo Alto on June 13, 1977, did adopt a b1.1dget fo;r fiscal year 1977-78;
and
WB£REAS, the Couneil wishes to provide the improvements at the ~/;
Municipal Service Center consisting of a Women' a Locker Room that will
provide privacy· in lav:tory toilet and shower facilities; and ·
'SJREREAS, additional funds are required to implement the construct
ion called for by the final design;
~. NOW, 'l'HEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo .Alto does ORDAIN

SECTION l. The Capital Improvement Fu1.1d approprl.at::Lon for Project:

Thousand Dollars (.$8, 000). and the unappropriateci balance o£ the fund is·

SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that passage of this 0rdinance
not constitute a project as defined by Section 11,04.130 of the
