ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISc>~ YEP.R 1977-1978 TO
PROVIDE. FUNDS FOR REPAIRS ']X) THE CAMBRIDGE AVENUE
GARAGE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
II! of the Char·ter of the ::i ty of Palo Alto, the Council of the
.City of Palo Alto on June:.l3, l9'i7, did adopt a bud.get for fiscal
year l977-l978r and · · ·
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to establish appropriation~ for
the repair of the Cambridge ;venue Garage; and ·
~'YHEREAS, the funds appropriated will be reirr.bursed to the City
by.the California Avenue Maintenance Assessment District;
NOW, THEREFORE. the Council of the City of Palo Alto .~oes
