ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEA'R-1976-1977 .TO
PROVIllE ADDITICh'lAL FUNDS FOR PROJECT ?3-13, B'YXBEE
PARK lMPROVE!I(ENT--PROJEC:!T
WHE~AS, pursuant to the provisi~ns of Section 12 of Article
.. Ill of the Charter of t.~e City of. Palo Alto, the Council of the
City of Palo l>.lto. on June 29, 1976, did adopt a budget for fiscal
year 1976-1977; and

WHEREAS, landscapinq improve~nts are a part of ~e Byxbee
· ·Park Improvement Project; and · ·
WHEREAS, additional funds are required to implement the
landscaping plan;
NOW I· -THEREFOHE ~ the Council of the City of~ Palo Alto does.
