AMENDING TRE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976-1977 TO IN-
CREASE APPROPRIATION FOR DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
AT THE REFUSE DISPOSAL SI~E
'·WHEREAS, pursuant to the ~revisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of :the Ci·ty of Palo Alto .. the Council of the
~ity of Palo Alto on June 29, 1976, did adopt a budget for fiscal
year 1976-1977 ;, and
WHEREAS, the COuncil wishes tg/contrac:t for engirie:ering and
design servicas related to ultimate closure of the refuse dis
posal site; and
WliEREAS, the appropriation therefor c0ntained in the 'refuse
budget is insufficient to me~t engineering and design costs:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the Cit_y of Palo Alto does
