ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
IMPOSING A MORATORIUM.ON ALL NEW BUILDING PROJECTS.
BUILPING EXPANSIONS,-ZONE CltAN~E~,-S!.?~D!V!-8-IONS,
AND CHANGES OF USE ALONG A PORTION OF EL CAMINO
REAL AND PROVIDING EXCEPTIONS THERETO AND DECLARING .

WHER.EAS. on October 12, 1976 the Council passed Ordinance

·inconsistent uses -may be permitted subject to obtaining a use
·permit thf::refor from the Zoning Administrator whi.:ch permit'.> shall
be processed in the-manner generally set forth in Chapter 18 .. 90
of th·3 P'alo Alto Mi.mici'pal Code. All determinations of c,qnsistef1<.!Y
with land use designation of the Comprehensive Plan shall be made
