SECTION 1. The appropriation for Project 76·34" Golf Course
Impro·~·emen'Es-:-.,~s .inc:res_sed by $200.000. a~1d the unappropriated
balance of.· th~-Capital Improvement Fund is correspondingly decreased,
· ;;px:·ovided that the Capital Improvement Fund will b~ reimbursed in the
. · ,·Wa."ll.oun:t :of· said appropriati?l?. in L.w form of advance rGnt from a
non-profit corporat:i.on tc/b<l! sportsorerl by the City for the purpose
of aiding.the·city in the financing of golf cours~ improvements.
