of Supervisors o.f the Cour:.ty of Santa Clara entersd into a lease
~g.reement in 1967, designated by the City as Agreement No. 2275,
whereby .the City of Palo Alto leased to the County of ·Santa Clar.-a
,lands and improvements thereon known as the Palo Alto Yacht
Harbor; and
WhEREAS; a cex-t.ain portion of said Palo Alto Yacht Harbor.
