PROJECT FOR THE ARASTRA LITIG.-\TION SE':f'!LEMENT t > ~ i ., ·. :\·.V ~.WHEREAS, pursuapt to the provision~_of Section 12 of Article Ir'.i of the Ch:.1rter df the City of Palo Alto._ the Council on June 23, · 1975, did ~dopt a budget £o~ fiscal year 1975-76; and NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows: · SECTION 1. The sum of Seven million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000.00) is-appropriatedfrom the Capital .Improvement Fund for the Arastrn Li-tigation Set:tL'!rnent, Project 76-76, and the appropriations. fo·c the projects .set forth in EXHIBIT A~ attached hei't~to and by reference made a p1..t1rt hereof, ar~ decreased i-;:. . t::rt~ · amount of Four mill ::..on five hi.mc.h.:.ed ·and fcnirt~en thousand one hu.ndred -forty two dollars ($4, 51Li, 11~2. 00), and the unappropl'iated balance · of the fund is decrea~ed by Two m:U.lhm tiin~ i1,undr.ed and-eighty fi~;e ~housand e"i:ght hundz·ed .fifty eight dollats ($2, 985,858. 00) .
