ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY, OF PAJ.O ALTO
AMENDING SECTION l8.08.040 (THE ZONING ~.AP) OF THE
PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE THE CLASSIFICATION
OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS 1040 COLORADO AVEHUE (THE
COLORADO AVENlJE .'.SWITCHING STATION) FROM P-F TO R-1'.
'Jhe Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code~· the "Zoning Map" hereby is amended by changing the
zoning classification of. property knoWn as 1040 Color•do
Avenue (commonly known as the C1>1orado Avenue Switcb.:i.ng .Station)
from P-F to R-1. Said property is shown on the rnB.p attached
hereto, marked EXHIBIT A, and incorpora.ted herein by reference. . i .• ,, '
SECTION 2, The Council hereby finds th.et this change will
