WHEREAS, Article VIII of the Charter of the City of Palo
Alto and Chapter 22.08 of the Palo Alto M,-Ji:'-..icipal Code require

NOW, THEREFORE, t:he, Council qf tr~e City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTIQN L ··The plan attached hereto and identified as
"Esther C!ark 7ark-Erosion Control~ Project No. 72-618, Timber
Wall D~sign, dated September 10, 197 .5~' be a•1d t;he same hereby
is appro\•ed. and adopted.
' SEC't!ON 2. The Cotmcil finds that thia p·roject will h~ve
no significant environmental impact. ,/
SECTION 3. 7his ordinance shall become effec.tive upon the
commencement of the thirty-first day after the day '\of its passage.
