ORDINANCE NO. 2851
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING CHAPTER 22.08 (PARK DEDICATIONS) OF THE
PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 22.08.185
. (MONROE MINI-PARK) AND ADOPTING A PJL~ P~~
The Council of the City of Palo Alt~ does ORDAIN as fol
lows:
SECTION 1. Section 22.08.185 is added to the Palo
Alto Municipal Code to read as follows:
11 22.08.185 Monroe Mfni-Park. 'rhat certain parcel
of land known--as-Ran roe Mini -.Park delineated and
described in Exhibit·A-21.6, attached hereto,
consisting of a legal description and a plat or map~
is reserved for parkg playground, recreation or
conservation purposes· .. -"
SECTION 2. All the provisions of Chapter 22.08 of the
Palo Alto MUnicipal Code·shall apply to Section 22.08ol85 with
the same force and effect as though said-Section·were originally
included therein.
SECTION 3. The plan shown. on Exhibit B, attached hereto,
is hereby appr.oved and adopted .pursuant to Section 22.08. 005 of
the Palo Alto Municipal ·Code.
S!£1~N 4. The Council ~inds-that the passage of this
ordinance wrtr have no signif1cant envi.rorunental impact.
SECTION 5. This ordinance· shall-become effective upon the
thirty~first=aay following the date of ita passage.

certain parcel of land conveyed by Marie Tavares
to Lawrence J. and Helens. Davick by deed recorded
October 23, 1947, in Book 1519 at page 463, records
of Santa Clara County, California; (said parcel
knOt<fn at Lot 95 of L. G. Honroe Subdivision unrecorded);
thence S 2°30'00" W 119.04 feet; thence S 38°30'00" w·
50.00 feet; thence S 51°30 1 QOfl E 115.00 feet to a point
on the northwesterly lins of .Honroe Drive (widened to
60 feet) 1 (easterl~l portion); thence s 31?" 30 too'" w
20.00 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the
riqht having a radius of 20.00 fee·c through a central
angle of 90°00'00'' for an arc distance of 31.42 feet
to .a point on the northeasterly line of Uiller Avenue
·(60 feet widei; thence N 51°30'00" w·l94.49 feet; thence·
along an arc of a curve to the right having a radius of
20.00 feet through a central angle of 77°49 1 33" an arc
distance of 27.17 feet to a point of reverse curvature,
said point of reverse curvature being on the south
easterly line of Monroe Drive (widened to 60 feet);
(westerly portion}~ thence alonq the arc of a curve to
the left having radius of 180.00 feet tllrough a central
angle 29°05'46:t for an arc distance of 91.40 feet, thence
N 83Q30 1 00n E 127.00 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.549 acres more or less and being a portion
of the Rancho Rincon de San Francisquito.
