ORDINANCE NOQ 2830
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08~040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE THE CLASSIFICATION OF
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 300 HOMER FROM R-4 TO P-C, SUBJECT
TO CONDITIONS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-,
SECTION L Section 18. 08 o 0 40 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Coder the "Zoning Map,11 is hereby amended by changing the zoning
of certain property known as 300 Homer Avenue from R-4 to P-C.
Said property is sho\1111 on a map attached hereto, incorporated
herein by reference and entitled "Change of District from R-4
SECTION 2e The diagrams attached hereto entitled "Proposed
Additions to Palo Alto Medical Clinic~' constitute the development
plan and are incorporated herein by reference" Said development
plan is approved pursuant to Section 18068.070 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code, subject to.the following conditions:
a~ Use: Medical clinic without overnigbt
patient care.
b. Im rovements; Structures, off-street parking_,
tra E c circulation, landscaping and all other
irnp_rovements. shall be substantial!~·-. as shown
on the app~ov~d develqpm;mt pl~u1-~ Si~s :;:1h.~ll
be limited to identification and directional
signs as_ ~pp):oved by the use permit~· The de
sign of_ .the wall between Horner, Waverley and
Ad.dison Streets: and the parking structur~ .,
shall be ~s approv·ecf l)y the l.lSe pe.rmi t. ·Side
walk continuity_ for pedestrians and bicyclists
shall be. provided at all driveway~-and a ramped
curb constructed in accordance with City_
standards sha11· be provided.for handicapped
persons at each street intersection and marked

color range and shall be designed and shielded

or to vehicular and pedestrian traffic on
abutting streets. The Clinic shall replace
all brokeri or cracked sidewalks, curbs and
gutters adjacent to the development as marked
by the Street Departmentts superintendent,
and all abandoned driveways shall be removed
and replaced with sidewalks, curb and gutter
to match existingo
