ORDINANCE NO. __1823
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
RENAMING LANE 13 E, COMMONLY KNOWN AS .ALLEY 13,
AS PAULSEN LANE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN .as fol
lows:
SECTION 1. That certain street named "Lane .13 E," co!Mlonly
known as 11 Alley 13," in the City of Palo Alto,· as shm..rn on the
map attach~d hereto, shall be renamed "Paulsen Lane."
SECTION 2. The Director of Public Works-City Engineer is
directed to make the necessary changes on all official maps.
SEC'l'ION 3. The City Clerk is directed to .. forward a certified
copy of this ordinance to the County Clerk and Count~· Surveyor of
Santa Clara County.
SECTION 4. The Council finds that this ordinance is not .a
governmental action as defined by Section 11.04.100 of the Palo
Alto Municipal Code, and, therefore, no environmental assessment
is necessary.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall become .effective .upon the
commencement of the thirty-first day after the day· of its passage.
